Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days once payment has cleared, then spend 6 to 12 business days in transit, so most parcels arrive 7 to 14 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Arizona time (MST) are treated as received the next business day.
Every order is tracked. When your parcel leaves the warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link, and you can also enter the number on our Track Your Order page. Carrier scans can take 24 to 72 hours to appear after dispatch.
