Muceno runs this online store and everything that comes with it, including the website, its content, features, tools, products and support (together, the "Services"). Our store is built on Shopify, the platform that lets us host the site and take your orders. The information we hold about you depends on how you interact with Muceno. This can include your contact details such as your name, delivery and billing addresses, phone number and email; payment details including card information and records of what you paid and when; account details such as your login, password and saved preferences; a record of your shopping activity, meaning the items you looked at, added to your bag, bought, sent back or cancelled; anything you write to us when you contact our support team; technical details about the device you use, including browser type, IP address and device identifiers; and information about how you move around and use the site.

How We Obtain It

Most of this comes straight from you, when you open an account, look around the store or place an order. Some of it is collected automatically through cookies and comparable technologies as you use the site. We also receive information from the companies that help us run the store, and occasionally from advertising or other partners we work with.

What We Do With It

We use your information to take and deliver your orders, to look after your account and keep you updated about your purchases, and to help you when you contact us. We may also send you news, offers and other marketing, which you can unsubscribe from at any point. Shopify's Role

Because our store runs on Shopify, anything you submit is sent to and processed by Shopify and by other providers, some of whom operate outside the United States or your home country. We rely on cookies and similar tools to make the site work smoothly, remember your settings and support our marketing. Your browser settings let you control or block cookies, though some parts of the store may not function properly without them.

Children

Muceno is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.
