Welcome to Muceno. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Muceno. We run this store and website, together with all of its content, features, tools, products and support (the "Services"), so that you can shop with us. The store is built on Shopify, the platform that makes the Services possible.

These Terms of Service set out your rights and obligations when you use the Services. Please read them properly, because they cover important matters such as warranty disclaimers and limits on our liability.

1. Eligibility and Your Account

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you have reached the age of majority where you live. Your account is personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to anyone else. Keeping your login details safe is your responsibility, as is everything that happens under your account.

2. Our Products

We work hard to show our garments accurately, but colours and details can look different from one screen to another depending on your device. We cannot promise that what you receive will look exactly as it does on screen. Descriptions may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or withdraw any product whenever we choose.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Muceno may accept or refuse any order for any reason, and no contract exists until we confirm acceptance and receive your payment. Check your order carefully before you submit it. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices can change without warning. You pay the price shown at the time you order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices shown include applicable sales tax and standard shipping within the United States unless stated otherwise at checkout. You agree to give us accurate and complete payment details and to keep them up to date.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once we hand your order to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on the Services, including the Muceno name and logo, text, photographs, graphics, video, audio and the way they are arranged, belongs to Muceno or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, alter or transmit any of it without our written permission. Any rights we do not expressly grant are reserved.

7. Optional Tools

From time to time we may give you access to third-party tools. They are offered "as is" and "as available", without any warranty or endorsement from Muceno, and we accept no liability for your use of them.

The Services may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices and do not endorse them. You visit them at your own risk.

9. Shopify

Muceno runs on Shopify, but every purchase is a transaction between you and Muceno alone. Shopify has no responsibility for any part of that transaction, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim arising out of it.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you confirm that you have read and understood it.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas, reviews or other feedback, you give Muceno a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and distribute it for any purpose. You confirm that you own, or have the right to share, anything you submit.

12. Errors and Omissions

Occasionally the Services may contain typing errors, pricing mistakes or omissions. We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel or amend orders where the information was wrong at the time of purchase.

13. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use them to break any law, infringe anyone's intellectual property, harass or harm others, spread malicious code, harvest personal information without consent, or interfere with the Services or other users. We may block anyone who breaches these Terms.

We may end your access to the Services at any time without notice. Any amounts you owe remain payable, and the sections on intellectual property, indemnity, disclaimers and limitation of liability continue to apply after termination.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest will remain in full effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies they refer to, form the whole agreement between you and Muceno about the Services and replace any earlier agreements.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of the Services, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy where you live.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and notified to you where the law requires. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
