Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and under similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other US states, you have the right to direct a business not to sell your personal information, not to share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to use it for targeted advertising. Muceno honours that right for every visitor, wherever you live. This page explains what we do with your data and exactly how to opt out.
Do we sell or share personal information?
Muceno never sells your personal information for money. Like most online stores, we use cookies, pixels and similar technologies from advertising and analytics partners so that we can understand how the site is used and show relevant advertising on other platforms. Under the CCPA and some other state laws, letting those partners collect identifiers, browsing activity and purchase information can count as a "sale" or "sharing". The categories involved are identifiers such as cookie IDs, IP address and device identifiers; internet activity such as the pages and products you view; and commercial information such as items you add to your cart or buy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Use the form below to opt out for the browser you are using right now. Tick the box and enter your email if you also want the opt-out applied to your Muceno customer account. You do not need an account to opt out.
Other ways to opt out
Cookie preferences. Use the cookie banner shown when you first visit the site, or the cookie preferences link in the footer, and turn off marketing and analytics cookies.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser, automatically and without any further action from you.
Email. Send a message to support@muceno.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Data". Include the email address you use with Muceno so we can match the request to your records. We will confirm receipt and apply the opt-out to your account and to any data we hold about you.
Using an authorised agent
You may have someone else submit the request on your behalf. Ask them to email us using the address above and to include either a signed written authorisation from you or a copy of a power of attorney. We may contact you directly to confirm that you gave them permission.
What happens next
Opt-outs made through the form above or by GPC take effect immediately for that browser. Email requests are acted on as soon as practicable and in no case later than 15 business days after we receive them. Once processed, we stop sharing your personal information with advertising partners for targeted advertising, and we tell any partner who received your data in the previous 90 days to stop using it. You will still see advertising online, but it will no longer be based on data collected from Muceno. Because cookie-based choices are stored in your browser, you may need to repeat the opt-out if you clear your cookies, use a different browser or switch devices, unless you have also opted out your account.
Opting out does not affect the information we need to run the store: we will still process your orders, send order and delivery updates, respond to your messages, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months after you opt out.
No discrimination
You will never be treated differently for exercising a privacy right. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or offer you a different level of quality because you opted out.
Other privacy rights
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a portable copy, and to limit the use of any sensitive personal information. You can make these requests by emailing support@muceno.com or through the Shopify Privacy Portal at privacy.shopify.com/en. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request to access, correct or delete data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
