Shipping policy

Muceno offers free standard shipping on every order delivered within the United States. If you have a question about delivery, email us at support@muceno.com.

Where We Deliver

This policy covers orders shipped to addresses in the United States. At the moment we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or destinations outside the US.

Where Your Order Ships From

Muceno is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our garments are packed and dispatched through international fulfilment partners and warehouses, which means the shipping origin on your parcel may differ from our registered business address. By ordering from Muceno, you accept that your order may be fulfilled and sent from an international warehouse or fulfilment centre.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) once payment has cleared. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Arizona time (MST) are treated as received the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday) in transit. Allowing for processing, most orders arrive 7 to 14 business days after they are placed, depending on your location and warehouse stock. These timeframes are estimates, and deliveries can run slightly longer during busy seasons or because of circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. When your parcel leaves the warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link so you can follow its progress.

Delays

We do everything we can to hit the estimated delivery window, but weather, carrier problems or unusually high order volumes can slow things down. If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, contact us straight away and we will chase it up for you.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email support@muceno.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and send a replacement or refund you in full as quickly as we can.
